$1 million lottery ticket for sale at the Cedar Park store

CEDAR PARK, Texas – Two lucky Texans walk away a million dollars richer after Monday night power ball Drawing.

The $1 million winning tickets were sold in Cedar Park and Houston. These lucky ticket holders matched all five numbers but not the Powerball number.

According to that Texas lotterythe ticket sold at Reserve by Camco in Cedar Park was a quick pick and the Houston ticket – sold at Annie Stop N Shop #1 – was not.

The Powerball jackpot is now growing to $1.2 billion with a $596.7 million cash option. This is the fourth largest jackpot in US history.

While nobody won the jackpot on Monday night, many Texans tried. Figures released by the Texas Lottery showed that Texas residents lost nearly $17 million in lottery tickets Monday, including a peak of $2.4 million in a single hour.

The next draw is scheduled for Wednesday November 2nd at 10:59pm ET.
