SAN FRANCISCO– According to website tracker Downdetector, Twitter is currently experiencing outages in several parts of the world.

It occurs sporadically – some report problems on desktops and others on mobile.

Some issues are related to logging in, while others are related to the feed being refreshed.

According to Downdetector, the problems started around 4pm and 76% of the outages are reported by the desktop site. Tweetdeck appears unaffected by the outage.

Twitter, which is headquartered in San Francisco, has lost a large chunk of its workforce to layoffs, layoffs and resignations in the two months since it was acquired by Elon Musk.
