Aesha Scott revealed an off-air conversation with Laura Bileskalne on Below Deck Down Under.

Some very serious events happened Below Deck Down Under this season. Boatswain Luke Jones violated stewardess Margot Sisson’s privacy by going to her bunk while she was confused after a night of drinking.
This had a much darker undertone in a series that prided itself on the occasional hook-up and sloppy boat manners. Luke was fired, as was the second stew Laura Bileskalne. Her actions were also called into question after she climbed onto deckhand Adam Kodra while he was lying in his bunk.
Interestingly, the full extent of Laura’s aggression was not known to the crew until the episode aired. It was the producers who stepped in, but Laura was fired for making callous comments about the fragile Margot after meeting Luke.
Now that the footage has aired, Chief Stew Aesha Scott comments on Laura’s behavior and reveals an unspoken conversation she had with the Latvian native before she left the boat.
Aesha was unaware of how far Laura was taking Adam
Accordingly an article According to the Los Angeles Times, Aesha actually confronted Laura about her advances towards Adam. The deckhand repeatedly refused her advances, but the second intimidation lingered in her demeanor. Her colleagues noticed, and Aesha put her stew aside to discuss the matter.
“They couldn’t tie in a part where I actually talked to Laura about stepping back a bit [with Adam]. That it goes both ways and she needs to stop being so inappropriate to Adam. So check it out and see how far she takes it. That was really shocking for me too,” Aesha admitted.
In fact, the gender of both people does not matter if there is no consent. Laura’s behavior was unacceptable and Adama had every right to feel uncomfortable. To her credit, Aesha checked in on Adam during the episode to make sure he was okay too.
Now that both guilty parties have left the boat, hopefully there will be a more light-hearted atmosphere.
