What does it take to get you to the Outlands? Albion Online? The developers are aware that this can be a big challenge for some players and has some reasons for reluctance, which is why the Outlands will become more accessible with the next major updates of the game. This includes the addition of portal cities, which are more developed spaces replacing the existing portal regions, with access to banks and marketplaces. Players will also have access to the new “Return Journey” ability on non-combat mounts, making it easier for you to hop out of the endgame regions when you’re done.

Similarly, players can look forward to the new Crystal Arena, a structured form of PvP with no full loot that offers players a new set of rewards for participation, as well as a special non-lethal Crystal League format that allows for fewer rewards than its deadlier cousin and allows nonetheless participation. Add in features like your gear templates, which remember what you had before you die when you need to re-equip, and you’ve got a nice array of quality of life improvements to make the dangerous areas less inaccessible; You can check it all out in the video below or on the official website.
