Alison Brie Recalls Her Painful Reaction to ‘GLOW’ Cancellation

If you still can’t wrap your head, let alone your heart, around the fact GLOW renewed for a fourth season, which we never got, you are by no means alone. The leading actress Alison Brie feels your pain – acute. The cancellation of the beloved Netflix dramedy is “the great heartbreak of my career,” she tells Decider.

“But,” she adds hastily, “it will live on forever like this great thing.”

It is going to be. Nonetheless, the way the series focused on the ’80s sensations, the Glorious Ladies of Wrestling, were picked up by the streamer for a final season in the fall of 2019 and then chopped with the blow of the COVID pandemic, some of always make us moody .
