Amazfit Bip 5 smartwatch launch confirmed in India; Will feature a 1.91 inch display

According to the company, the launch of Amazfit Bip 5 India will happen soon. The smartwatch launched in select global markets earlier this month. The wearables maker has not yet confirmed the launch date of the smartwatch. It offers similar specifications as the global variants. The Amazfit Bip 5 features a 1.91-inch TFT touchscreen display, 2.5D tempered glass and an anti-fingerprint coating. The smartwatch features Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and is said to last up to 10 days on a full charge.

The Chinese wearables maker has listed the Amazfit Bip 5 smartwatch on its website, confirming that the device will be launched in India soon. The listing also confirms the specifications of the smartwatch. The Amazfit Bip 5 will be sold in India in off-white, pastel pink and soft black color options.

The Amazfit Bip 5 has a 1.91-inch (320 x 380 pixels) TFT touchscreen display. According to the company, it is made of tempered glass with an anti-fingerprint coating. The smartwatch supports Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity for Bluetooth calls via a smartphone, as well as real-time GPS tracking.

With over 120 sports modes, the smartwatch supports a range of activities including cycling, running, walking and swimming. It is also equipped with smart health monitors like a blood oxygen sensor, a heart rate tracker, and a stress level monitor. In addition, the smartwatch is said to offer over 70 customizable watch faces.

The Amazfit Bip 5 also has a built-in microphone and speaker for Bluetooth calls. Powered by a 300mAh battery, the smartwatch is said to last up to 10 days on a single charge. Other highlights include music controls, event reminders, a to-do list, smart notifications, and Find My Phone support.
