Andy Cohen Says “A Lot’s Coming Out” About Luis Ruelas At Real Housewives Of New Jersey Reunion
Would you say that a little facade management is required? Real housewives from New Jersey Group? Luis Ruelas kept it together for quite a while while he and Teresa Giudice nursed their love bubble. Keeping Joe Gorga and Melissa Gorga in check is quite the task, and it ended up taking its toll on New Jersey’s most famous lovebirds.
Luis’ approach this season shifted from putting into practice all the therapeutic and drug tools at his disposal. When it became clear that the tactic would not work with the Gorgas, Louis decided to cut all ties and pull Teresa out of a proverbial snake pit.
Apparently, cracks in the facade management came to light in his frustration. Great claims on a reality TV show can backfire if they’re untrue.
At the reunion, Louis denied that he knew Bo Dietl was “not his story”.
Executive producer of Bravo Andy Cohen appeared on the Chicks in the Office podcast to talk about all things reality TV. And since he’d just interviewed Teresa on Watch What Happens Live, it makes sense the co-hosts would want to know what happened. Even more exciting was that Andy was able to answer questions about the RHONJ reunion on April 20th.
“It was very combative. I showed my Watch What Happens Live team the super tease for the reunion before the show last night and their mouths were on the floor,” Andy said of the event.
This time Louis was very on the chopping block. And Andy slammed the father-of-two over certain remarks he had made, the more serious remark being his alleged association with a retired New York City police detective.
“It’s super dramatic,” teased Andy. “Because the reunion reveals a lot about Louis. And there is a big discussion about this private detective Bo Dietl. Does he have information on everyone?”
Really, if that were true. Margaret Josephs would be in good company. But Louis admitted during his time in WWHL that it was a false statement. At least that’s what he claims now.
Andy explained: “He dodged last night on Watch What Happens Live. And said: No, he just made it up. It came out of nowhere. And Teresa contradicted herself.”
So the story ends here, right? nope Andy then revealed the couple came to the reunion with a very different story.
“And I’m here to tell you that that wasn’t his story at the reunion. It was very different. And we really got into it. And it’s a big point of contention,” Andy said.
To put it more lightly, Luis also refuted claims that he wore Teresa’s late father’s pajamas to reassure their four “Dorters.”
Andy added: “He reiterated that on Watch What Happens Live. But then, when he saw her again, he said something else. It was wrap-around pajamas, which he actually never wore.”
This reunion closely follows the Vanderpump Rules event. Especially since there have been suggestions to remove the Gorgas from the show.
