Auto club president arrested after being caught on video performing stunts at Chino crossing

CHINO, Calif. (KABC)– The president of a local car club has been arrested after performing dangerous street maneuvers in Chino.

The Chino Police Department recently released footage of the truck doing burnouts and donuts at the intersection of Magnolia Avenue and Riverside Drive last month. The video also shows a person standing at the intersection who appears to be filming it.

Police said all of the stunts resulted in over $16,000 in damage.

The driver, who has not been identified, was arrested for vandalism and a court order was served impounding the vehicle for 30 days.

The department said in a Facebook post that it has “zero tolerance” for street takeovers.
