“If you ask me how I feel so comfortable and confident in my body. First of all, this is not something I feel every day. I also have days with poor body image, but I have decided that I will love myself more and talk less about my body because if you put yourself down, it does absolutely nothing for yourself or the people around you .
“You have to get tired of your own crap, to be honest. You have to get tired of constantly sleeping on your own happiness. You have to think differently to actually change your way of thinking. You have to be aware of the company you keep.” Stick with it because the people around you also contribute to how you see yourself.
She continued, “Compare your journey less to someone else’s journey and ditch the narrative that you can’t work on yourself while accepting where you are at.”
“You’re not fat. You have fat, that’s a difference, and even if you start with it, it can help you stop identifying with your weight.”
