Big Sky Season 3 Teaser Trailer: Jensen Ackles, Reba McEntire

Reba McEntire, regular on the new series, narrates the first teaser trailer for ABC’s Season 3 with an uncharacteristically mischievous wink big skywhich has been officially subtitled Big Sky: Deadly Tracks.

big sky‘s new season will premiere on a new night – Wednesday September 21 at 10/9pm, where it will premiere from the sitcom block of The Conners, the Goldbergs, Abbott Elementary and housekeeping.

Season 3 features Private Investigator Cassie Dewell (played by Kylie Bunbury), Undersheriff Jenny Hoyt (Katheryn Winnick), and newly appointed Sheriff Beau Arlen (supernatural alum Jensen Ackles, who debuted in the season 2 finale) use their unparalleled investigative skills to keep order in Helena, Montana.

But when a local backcountry trip led by charismatic outfitter Sunny Barnes (played by McEntire) goes awry, the trio face their mightiest secret yet – where no camper can be trusted and danger lurks around every jagged rock and gnarled tree .

In addition to Ackles and McEntire are Luke Mitchell (Blind spot) as Sunny’s son Cormac, Henry Ian Cusick (MacGyver, Lost) as Tech Manager Avery, Anirudh Pisharody (9-1-1) and Madalyn Horcher (Doom Patrol) as a young couple from New York and Seth Gabel (sale, edge area) as Walter, a recluse living in the Montana wilderness.

Additionally, Jamie-Lynn Sigler and J. Anthony Pena, like Ackles, were promoted to series regulars as waitress-turned-crime-turned-wife Tonya and deputy Mo Poppernak.
