After a recent video of young Shiloh Jolie-Pitt dancing with some other talented teenagers went viral, Pitt was asked head-on about his daughter’s skills on the dance floor. And the proud parent had no problem opening up about his gifted daughter.

In 2005, Pitt began dating fellow actress Angelina Jolie. Their romance sparked a media frenzy, prompting outlets to nickname the pair “Brangelina.” While the superstar couple worked hard to stay out of the spotlight, fans couldn’t get enough of their love affair. In May 2006, Jolie and Pitt welcomed their first biological child, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, and joined their two older adopted children.
The pair went on to have two more biological children and adopted another child — making them a family of eight. Pitt and Jolie married in 2014, but their marriage would only last two years before Jolie filed for divorce. Since then, Pitt and Jolie have been embroiled in a custody battle over their teenage children, while their older children, Maddox, Pax, and Zahara, are moving on as young adults.

After a video showing the young woman dancing to the tune of Doja Cat’s song “Vegas” with some other teenagers went viral in June 2022, many fans were quick to point out that not only does Jolie-Pitt look exactly like her famous parents, but she clearly has some of her entertaining talents too.
What Did Brad Pitt Say About Shiloh Jolie-Pitt’s Dance Skills?
Pitt is nothing but a proud parent — and most recently while promoting his new film fast train, the actor opened up about his daughter’s viral dance video. “It brings tears to your eyes, yes,” Pitt told Entertainment Tonight. “I don’t know where she got it from. I’m Mr Two Left Feet here. I love it when they find their own way, find things that interest them and thrive.”
This isn’t the first time Pitt has spoken out about his children. The A-list actor isn’t afraid to get vulnerable when it comes to his kids, and in a raw interview with GQ Style after his split from Jolie in 2016, Pitt revealed he’s trying to keep his family close to the to put first.
“People on their deathbeds don’t talk about what they received or what they were lent,” Pitt said, according to Entertainment Tonight. “They talk about their loved ones or their regrets. I say that as someone who gets carried away from work.” He went on to describe how “kids are so sensitive.” Pitt added, “They absorb everything. They need to be held by the hand and things explained to them. They need to be heard. When I get into this busy work mode, I hear nothing. I want to get better at that.”
