The list of eligible board games includes several that weren’t discounted on Prime Day, such as Wingspan, The Isle of Cats, Star Wars Armada, Pandemic Legacy, Marvel Dice Throne, and more. Wingspan board game
Wingspan from Stonemeier Games is an incredibly good board game. So good that we declared it the best board game of 2019. Wingspan looks like a deceptively simple game; The end goal of the game is to attract as many birds as possible to your wildlife sanctuary and help them reproduce. There are only four actions you can take: draw a bird card, play a bird card, get food, and lay eggs. Sounds easy enough, right? Let’s just say that behind these four actions lies an incredibly complex engine-building game in which you have to juggle between introducing new birds into the flock and keeping your existing birds in good stock and in a breeding frenzy. Wingspan is infinitely replayable and you’ll find yourself developing and refining new strategies with each subsequent playthrough.
