Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile postponed to 2024

Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile has been postponed to 2024, Activision announced at Call of Duty Next.

The mobile game was originally scheduled to release in fall 2023 for Android and iOS, but is now scheduled to release in spring 2024.

“We still need to polish up a few things before releasing it worldwide in spring 2024,” said co-studio head Chris Plummer (thanks, Charlie Intel).

At launch, players can expect Verdansk and Rebirth Island maps, various multiplayer modes, games for up to 120 players, collaborative progression and more.

Announced during Call of Duty Next 2022, the game, formerly known as Project Aurora, was released in limited edition last year after a closed alpha. During the Limited Release period, key features of the game will be accessible and many content, features, modes and more will be partially completed and continually updated as the team continues development leading up to global release.

You can pre-register through Google Play and the App Store before the game releases.
