I travel quite a bit, which means I have to stay organized to stay sane, and the thing that keeps things organized while on the road are, well, tour operators. For a long time, I had all the usual suspects with me – a makeup bag, a toiletry bag, and a long-haul flight bag (which I used to keep my sleeping pills and mask handy and ready to use), but I didn’t realize how much I needed a separate organizer for my tech Utensils…until I found him Calpaks tech organizer.
The Calpack Tech Organizer is not bulky at all and has tons of different pockets and bungee holders so everything stays in one place. The best part is that I can also fit my Kindle (a must when traveling, even though I’m usually a hardcover girl) and all the cords and cords to power my devices – I can even store my favorite pair on top of the Kindle accommodate -ear headphones.
I like to bring a portable charger, headphones (Bluetooth earbuds and over-the-ear), an iPhone charger, a Kindle charger, a laptop charger, airplane-compatible headphones, international adapter plugs, and sometimes even a mini ring light if I travel and that organizer everything fits.
Everything stays nice and cozy inside organizer without being very bulky, and I just put it in my backpack or carry-on bag so I can easily reach it. When packing for long-distance travel, I also add my passport or any documents I need so that everything important (and easily lost) is in one place. When I tell you that this technical organizer saved my life at passport control, I’m not lying. I’ve now recommended it to all my friends, and two of them have their own and are just as obsessed with it. One of my friends uses it more as an “emergency kit” for travel, stocking it with band-aids, a sewing kit, etc.; the other uses it for their makeup and skincare products – so you don’t have to use it just for technical purposes.
It comes in a variety of patterns and colors, so you’re sure to find something that suits your taste. And as with all Calpak products, I’m sure they’ll stand up to constant travel.
