CBS deletes “We are ready to worship!” tweet

CBS answered“…you can say that again. We’re ready for worship!”

CBS apparently deleted the tweet Monday night.

blacksmith, the identified as non-binary, and Kim Petras, who identifies as a transgender woman, won the Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for the song “Unholy”.

The pair gave Texas GOP Senator Ted Cruz a demonic appearance at the Grammys described as “evil”.

After the performance concluded, a message indicated that Pfizer was involved in sponsorship of the 65th Grammy Awards. “Pfizer takes the whole truth pretty literally when it comes to advertising…” Cruz joked.

“We sponsored the entire Grammy event, not a specific performance. Additionally, we do not comment on our efforts to raise awareness,” said a Pfizer spokesman news week.

CBS’s “Worship” tweet caused a stir on social media.

“You don’t have to say the entertainment industry is satanic, they do it for you,” said Jillian Anderson tweeted.

Jessica O’Donnell of Blaze Media tweeted“That is sick.”

“CBS tweeted at Sam Smith that it was ‘ready to worship’ just before Sam Smith performed a satanic ritual. Riiiiiiiighhhhhht”, Raheem Kassam tweeted.

Mike Glenn of the Washington Times described CBS’ tweet as “disgusting (though not surprising)”.

“Did CBS Just Admit It Worships Satan?” the Center for Media Research wrote when sharing a screenshot of the CBS tweet.

“It is truly heartbreaking to see people mock God, flaunt that mockery, and then be praised for it. That should break our hearts and send us to prayer for these people. Really,” Billy Hallowell tweeted regarding performance.
