GEORDIE Shore star Charlotte Crosby reveals fiancé Jake Ankers suffered a panic attack during the romantic proposal.

The 33-year-old shared on Instagram what happened when Jake got down on one knee.

Charlotte told fans about Jake’s proposal in a gushing Instagram post to her 8.8 million followers. She later returned to her story to share more details.

In her story, she said, “Hello everyone, I’m engaged!”

Her fiancé then added: “Can we just say I had an anxiety attack and a panic attack, I had to stop filming.”

Charlotte continued: “I have never seen a ring like this in my life. He has five diamonds.”

Charlotte rose to fame when she joined the cast of Geordie Shore in 2011.

Jake and Charlotte met through mutual friends.

They reportedly met “casually” before going public in January 2022.

Charlotte and Jake share one child, Alba Jean, one.

After a two-year romance, Jake popped the question while on holiday in Dubai.

Delighted, Charlotte posted the marriage proposal on Instagram with the caption: “Yes, yes, yes and yes, @jake_ankers, you are my best friend, you are my life. I can’t believe I’m engaged. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Best night ever.”

After vowing to stay single following her split from Liam Beaumont just before the end of 2021, she found new love with Jake.
