In tonight’s episode, a suspicious Daniel followed Ryan to a hotel where he had booked a room for him and Daisy to spend some time alone together.

But as one love triangle continued to unfold, another also emerged elsewhere in Weatherfield.

Aadi Alahan has been desperately trying to keep her friend Courtney Vance happy after she left her husband for him following their affair.

But Courtney was less than impressed with her dingy apartment and appeared distracted and emotional in recent episodes.

Tonight Aadi told her that he got the job stacking shelves at Freshco.

An emotional Courtney – played by Stephanie Davis – told him he was “running the house by the nose”. Christmas” before pulling him into a hug.

She added: “I’m not kidding, you know, you can move mountains if you just put your mind to it because you lead from the front.”

Aadi then asked her if she would be at the apartment later for afternoon tea with Asha and Nina, but Courtney said she had something to do first.

But when Nina showed up, Courtney was nowhere to be seen while Asha was stuck at work.

The couple decided to start with the sweet treats when there was a knock on the door and Aadi was shocked to find Courtney’s husband Darren on his doorstep.

As he marched in, he said to Aadi, “I came to get her things, we talked and we’ll try again.”

As he started putting her clothes in a bin bag, Aadi said it was “a pathetic attempt to cause trouble”, but Darren told him: “She’s already gone, whatever you think is going on with Courtney, that is just a distraction for them.”

“She was fed up with me so she felt like spicing things up a bit, she was bored, you were there.”

“She is thrilled by the drama of it all and is the center of attention.”

When Aadi tried to call her, Darren said, “I bet she’s already blocked you.” And sure enough, the phone rang once and then went to voicemail.

Adding salt to the wound, Darren added: “She sent me to get her things because she doesn’t want to talk to you. You’re done, be honest. Take advantage of it, boy, and move on.”

Corrie fans took to social media to discuss Courtney’s sudden exit, with one writing: “Poor Aadi. I hope this isn’t the end.” Courtney on the streets. I liked her spirited character.

Another added: “Aadi rocks our yellow Courtney jumper in honor of Steph’s Over The Rainbow colour. We love consistency.”

A third tweeted: “I hope this is the end of Aadi and.” Courtney Action.”
