DC fans mourn the post-credit scenes that mean nothing now

The old era of DCU is coming to an end, which means saying goodbye to all of our favorite actors Henry Cavill. However, this also means that not all end credits scenes of these films come into play. Right, all those special appearances and characters that appeared at the end of every DC movie mean nothing.

Reddit user u/ProfessionalNobody0 shared a collage on the subreddit r/DC_Cinematic with all the characters that appeared in every post-credit scene in previous DC movies, such as: Black Adam, Wonder Woman 1984and Green Lantern. The Redditor pointed out that these character appearances in the DCU went nowhere. And with James Gunn and Peter Safran announcing a DCU makeover, it seems like all those DC villains and characters showed up for nothing.

The death of these end credits scenes drew mixed reactions from fans. For one thing, most of them believed these movies were awful and that maybe a DC reboot would be a good idea. Also, fans believed the old DCU was a complete mess as they barely connect.

However, there is still hope Shazam! The end of the credit scene could come to fruition. Shazam! wrath of the gods Slated for release in 2023, it is one of the remaining Synderverse DC films left before the Gunn and Saffron reboot. There was hope that Mister Mind would return, but now it seems very unlikely, especially since the character didn’t appear in any of the trailers.

It was recently reported that the production of The Lightning considers cutting his Superman appearance entirely after the scene with Cavill has already been filmed. It is currently unknown whether the Shazam! follow and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom would get credit cameos, but it would be disappointing if it did as it would just lead to nothing.
