Dillon Danis condemns Logan Paul’s fiancée Nina Agdal for filing a lawsuit

MMA fighter Dillon Danis had some strong words for the model Nina Agdal after she filed a lawsuit and a request for a restraining order against him.

“Nina Adgel [sic] filed a massive lawsuit against me. She has a restraining order against me and is demanding a prison sentence, so the fight is in jeopardy if I am in prison,” Danis, 30, wrote about Xformerly known as Twitter, on Wednesday, September 6, referring to his upcoming boxing match against Agdal’s fiancé, LoganPaul.

Danis continued, “This is actually wild, but I’m not going to stop fucking the system and getting me. “Logan Paul is a dead man walking.”

Danis’ comments came hours after Agdal filed a lawsuit accusing Danis of “posting sexually explicit photos” of Agdal “on the Internet without her consent,” according to court documents obtained by Us weekly. (She’s also seeking a restraining order against him.) The filing alleges that Danis recently posted a 10-year-old, sexually explicit photo of Agdal during a romantic encounter.

“Danis posted the photo – completely uncensored – from his X account (Twitter) without plaintiff’s consent,” the lawsuit says. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photo to maximize the number of views.”

Last month, Danis teased about X that he planned to publish explicit photos of Agdal.

“At this point I may just have to release these pictures on a human level to save Logan from her,” he tweeted at the time. “If you only know how evil this girl really is, then she is actually crazy. But if I do that, the fight will be canceled and I will be sued. Hard decision.”

Agdal’s lawsuit alleges that Danis began “harassing” her via “social media and in public interviews” after it was announced in early August that Danis and 28-year-old Paul would face each other in a boxing match in October.

The filing alleges that Danis has written “hundreds of crude posts” about Agdal, “most of which refer to or portray the Danish native as a ‘whore,’ ‘slut,’ or a similarly derogatory term.”

According to Agdal’s legal team, Danis’ “offensive posts” about Agdal “have been viewed more than two billion times on X alone.”

Paul, who got engaged to Agdal in July after a year of dating, addressed Danis’ antics in a comment YouTube video uploaded to the DAZN boxing channel on Monday, September 4th.

“He photoshops pictures of my fiancée with him because he reeks of jealousy. But I have no desire to give this scumbag a platform,” said the social media personality, who made her professional wrestling debut in 2022. “I even regret putting him in that position to fight me because he gets so much attention and he doesn’t deserve any of it because he’s a piece of shit.”
