Elon Musk questions Elden Ring’s gore and defends chopped panties

In response to a tweet about players getting banned for wearing chopped panties Elden ring, Elon Musk seems pretty disappointed. While stating that the game is incredible, Elon expresses surprise that extremely gory death and murder scenes are okay in the game, but panties ban players. While it sounds pretty funny, Elon probably missed the point as to why players get banned for picking up the item in-game.

It’s not the panties in particular that’s causing the in-game problem, it’s just any hacked item in general. The item dropped by the player is actually a hacked item, which is why players get banned. So what does a hacked item mean? Well, for starters, this item shouldn’t be in the game at all, and it was added by modifying the game files.

Playing online will definitely get you banned. But one might wonder how these hacked items are shared with other players? Actually, this was a bug present in the previous version of the game. After the latest patch, From Software fixed this issue. The update “fixed a bug that allowed unauthorized items to be passed on to other players”, resolving this issue.
