EPIX gets an extreme makeover.

The premium cable network (which is also available as a standalone streaming service) will soon be rebranded as MGM+. The name change will take effect on Sunday, January 15 in conjunction with the premiere of season three of Forrest Whitaker’s crime drama Godfather of Harlem.
