GOP contestant offers to broadcast reporter porn in weird video

The Republican nominee for governor in Michigan suggested sending pornography to a reporter during a press conference about the state’s schools.

Gubernatorial candidate Tudor Dixon, who is running against Democratic incumbent Gretchen Whitmer, threw out the odd offer after proposing a statewide ban on “pornographic” books in K-12 schools on Tuesday.

Though Dixon didn’t specify which books she would ban, she said, “I would take a look at the books we see that are pornographic and make a decision about what we’re doing to make sure kids aren’t reading porn . or have a teacher read aloud – pornographic material to children or a child at school.

The books read by children have been at the center of a nationwide culture war that has led to an unprecedented number of ban requests. In the first eight months of 2022, the American Library Association (ALA) registered 681 library and school book challenges affecting 1,651 individual titles.

According to the ALA, the removal requests are specifically targeting books that deal with racism, racial injustice, and LGBTQ experiences or relationships. On the ALA list of 10 Most Challenged Books of 2021, each title focuses on marginalized communities or issues of sexuality.

According to PEN America, a nonprofit focused on free speech, Michigan had 41 book bans in four districts during the first nine months of the 2021-2022 school year.

“Do you need me to define pornography?”

In which Video this went viral on Twitter, a Michigan ahead The reporter asked Dixon, “Can you define what pornography means to you in terms of books in K-12 schools?”

“Do you need me to define pornographically?” Dixon replied. “I mean I can if you want. Okay, so there are two naked people and they’re enacting a sexual act. And several different sexual acts. Do you want me to send you some for you to see?”

Sara Broadwater, Dixon’s communications director, said critics of the press conference were disingenuous.

“This is false pearl stuff from left-wing activists who know the garbage in schools damn well,” she said. “Tudor isn’t talking about banning books – she’s talking about taking obviously age-inappropriate books about sex out of young children’s classrooms. It’s absurd that anyone would call that an extreme concept. If that wasn’t a problem, nobody would be talking about it. The people who force this stuff on kids are sick.

Dixon has previously acted in low budget zombie and vampire themed films such as Pal Bebop vs The Living Dead. In the spring, videos emerged of her role in those productions, which contained some sexual scenes – including a zombie biting off a man’s genitals, it is said That Detroit News.

The candidate also called for the resignation of state superintendent Michael Rice over the Department of Education’s teacher training videos. These videos suggested calling students by their preferred pronouns and offered guidance on how to report mental health issues without disclosing a student’s sexual or gender orientation to their parents, according to local reports.
