During the episode, viewers watched as all the bakers took part in the show’s famous Cookie Week.

However, things didn’t come easy for one participant when he noticed his crucial ingredient was in circulation.

Yorkshire native Rowan, 21, was stunned when his biscuit dough disappeared from his station.

After checking the fridge, he came face to face with fellow hopeful Cristy.

The mother, from East London, accidentally took his dough with her.

He pointed and said to her, “This is my cookie dough!”

Cristy, 33, immediately apologized and replied, “I’m so sorry.”

Bake Off took to social media to comment on the exchange, with one writing: “Omg crisis narrowly avoided with Rowan and Christy.”

A second post: “Oh no. It’s Custardgate 2.0. Whether Cristy & Rowan, what happened?”

“OMG Christy took Rowan’s dough,” said a third.

While a fourth commented: “Christie rolling out Rowan’s cookie dough. How did he know she had his?”

The Great British Bake Off continues on Channel 4.
