Grey’s Anatomy’s Jesse Williams returns as Jackson in season 19

Grey’s anatomy has made an appointment with one of his former doctors: Jesse Williams will return As Jackson Avery in the fifth episode of season 19, which he will also direct, our sister site Deadline reports.

But unfortunately there will be no “Japril” sighting during William’s final guest appearance on Thursday, November 3rd episode of the resurgent ABC drama (airing 9/8c). Sarah Drew will Not reprise her role as Jackson’s colleague and over and over/off-again/the back-again love interest, April Kepner. Rather, When I Get To The Border follows part-timer Ellen Pompeo Meredith to Boston, where she meets up with longtime colleague Jackson, who now lives there with April and their daughter Harriet and works for the Avery Foundation. Elsewhere in “When I Get To The Border,” which marks Williams’ fourth turning point at the helm of the long-running series Sex Educators Bailey and Addison take a road trip to volunteer at a family planning center (where a patient’s ectopic pregnancy causes complications), and these curious interns try to get to the bottom of Lucas’ relationship with Amelia. we You know, of course, that he is her nephew – and also the darling of the late brother Derek. But so far, Lucas’ peers think the first year is sleeping with the orderly (who, as far as we’re told, is still dating Kai).
