Halo Season 2 – Everything you need to know about the show’s renewal

Paramount Plus recently released Episode 9 of gloriole Season 1, which serves as the final episode of the season. After watching the ultimate finale, fans are wondering if the military sci-fi series will get a second season. Well, here’s everything we know about the series renewal.

Developed by Kyle Killen and Steven Kane, gloriole is a popular TV show based on a video game franchise of the same name. The show stars Pablo Schreiber as Master Chief, who undoubtedly did a remarkable job in the first season. Story-wise, the show makes some bold choices. For example, in the first episode, we see Master Chief take off his helmet. We also see John falling in love with Makee, a character we haven’t seen in the game yet.

The first season of course gloriole didn’t go over well with some fans because they were too distracted by the video games. So it’s no surprise that the first season has a user rating of 52% on Rotten Tomatoes with over 2600 votes. However, it’s hard to deny that several viewers love Paramount’s gloriole for his refreshing reception.

Halo Season 2 is confirmed by Paramount

gloriole is one of Paramount Plus’ most ambitious projects, and it should come as no surprise that the studio has confirmed a second season of the sci-fi series. ViacomCBS renewed the show for one more season during a February 2022 presentation (Above: Meeting). The creators announced Season 2 even before Season 1 premiered, so it’s clear the network believes in it halos Live action adaptation.

Along with Season 2, Paramount also confirmed that Steven Kane would be leaving the show after Season 1. David Weiner, who previously worked on Brave New World, will serve as showrunner for the upcoming season.

In the past, we’ve seen several video game adaptations scrapped after failing to meet fan expectations. So the renewal of gloriole for a second season is definitely good news for the community. However, there’s no official release window for Season 2 just yet. Since the announcement came earlier this year, we can only assume that Season 2 is already in production. So if everything goes well, we can come gloriole back on our screens sometime in 2023.
