He returns to Big Brother narrator Marcus Bentley’s home recording studio to set new series to music

BIG Brother announcer Marcus Bentley – famous for telling viewers what day the show is on – now has his own home studio to record the famous announcements.
From the moment Big Brother launched in 2000, Marcus’ voice became synonymous with the show.
Marcus regularly updates his Instagram account with pictures and videos that give a little insight into his job.
Last month he gave fans a glimpse into his home recording studio as he prepared to score the reboot of Big Brother.
The room features pristine white walls and a large window – making it the perfect place to run through your lines.
To ensure his voice is as clear as possible, he has the most modern equipment, including a microphone with a pop filter.
He captioned the shot: “Testing, testing – new gear for a new era! @bbuk is back on @itvxofficial @itv on Sunday October 8th.”
Fans were delighted to hear that Marcus was returning to the Big Brother reboot after a five-year absence.
An insider said at the time: “It was a no-brainer to have Marcus back for the new era – he’s simply the voice associated with Big Brother UK.”
To break the news to his fans, Marcus shared a video on his social media and added on X (formerly known as Twitter): “[Big Brother] Fans are the best and most loyal possible.
“Thank you for all your support and I can’t wait for the shenanigans to begin.”
Marcus has been the show’s narrator since its first episode on Channel 4 in 2000.
He remained loyal to the popular reality series during the transition Channel 5 and recorded the voice-over until his final appearance in 2018.
