But while many of Helen’s fans focused on the “fall glamour,” some had less positive things to say.

One wrote: “Did she have implants or natural ones?”

Another said: “Those lips and mouth look bad, there’s something wrong.”

Someone else wrote: “I got my lips done and they don’t look as noticeable as yours.”

And a fourth added: “Her lips are bigger than her face.”

But Helen’s loyal followers rushed to defend her, with many insisting she had always had bigger lips.

One said: “She always had big lips. If you don’t like it, move on!”

And another wrote: “Her lips look good and even in Rosie Webster’s Coronation Street days they looked naturally very similar and she always pouted naturally anyway.”

Former Coronation Street star Helen recently appeared to hit back at trolls after she was cruelly mother-shamed over a glamorous video.

Fierce supporters accused her of “attention seeking” and urged her to dress more “appropriately.”
