Holly Willoughby’s company Wylde Moon has ‘just £149 in the bank’ following the departure.

HOLLY Willoughby’s own Goop-style lifestyle brand may not have as much to offer as we thought.

The Dancing On Ice personality may be running close to the wind – or in her case, the moon – reports reveal.

Companies House microaccounts show the company has assets worth over £283,000 but is owed £310,000 to creditors.

They also show that Mrs Holly Baldwin – her married name – also took £46,000 from the company.

This brings the total net assets, capital and reserves to a total of £149.

Holly, 42, launched her own lifestyle brand in September 2021.

In addition to a blog and newsletter with tips on everything from fashion to sex, the brand currently sells products including candles and a flagship perfume.

The former This Morning presenter previously launched the fragrance at an exclusive party at the London Palladium.

Comments from her online customers were mixed, with one user calling it “absolutely terrible” while others were “disappointed by the cheap packaging.”

A 50ml bottle retails for £42, while their cheapest candle costs £40.

She also sells her diffuser and natural wax melts at the online boutique, and the boutique also serves as another outlet for her book, Reflections.

Holly previously said she had the idea to launch the brand in 2018 while in Australia with Declan Donnelly.

The idea came to her when ITV called her to fill in for her pal Ant McPartlin on I’m A Celebrity in 2018.

“I have always been fascinated by the moon, space, shooting stars and looking up,” Willoughby explained.

“When I’m on holiday, I spend more time on the sun lounger at night than during the day. The moon is always there – like the sun – no matter where you are in the world.”

She added: “I had lost a part of myself and this rediscovery has brought me here, to a whole new place full of beauty and power.”

This comes after she almost started a lifestyle brand with her Dragon’s Den boyfriend Peter Jones in 2018.

This comes after Holly Willoughby sensationally left This Morning after 14 years on the ITV show.

In a post on Instagram, Holly wrote: “I let ITV know today that I will not be returning to This Morning after 14 years.”

“To everyone who has ever worked on the show over the years, thank you.”

“This is such a hard goodbye, you are incredible and I will forever be proud of what we have accomplished together.”

She added: “Thank you to everyone at ITV for your support.”
