When you come across the message “Login failed: Unknown login error”. Fourteen days, you should first wait 30 seconds and then try to sign in again. It’s possible that you just have a fluke and trying to get back online could fix it without resorting to any further steps.

If you try to requeue after waiting and still can’t access the game, go ahead and exit Fourteen days. Now go one step further and close your launcher if you are on PC and restart the computer or console. If you do a full reboot you might be able to clear any potential obstacles you had and you can get online.

If you still get the same error after resetting, reset your router or modem. This shouldn’t take too long, but make sure your internet connection is working again before trying to connect again Fourteen days Server. If you’ve tried all of these and still can’t get online, it’s a good idea to wait a while before coming back and trying again. Eventually you should be able to get through and reconnect.
