How to help the victims of the earthquake in Morocco and the floods in Libya

According to the Libyan Red Crescent, the death toll from devastating floods in eastern Libya has exceeded 11,000, with more than 10,000 more still missing. In Morocco, a magnitude 6.8 earthquake killed almost 3,000 people and injured several thousand more.
