PRE-ORDER: The new Nintendo Switch OLED model – Mario Red Edition will be available on October 6th and is available to pre-order now from the Nintendo Online Store. The new Mario red Nintendo Switch OLED is priced the same as the original OLED model at $349.99.
The Nintendo Switch OLED will soon be getting a Mario-themed makeover, just in time for the launch of the new one Super Mario Bros Wonder Game.
The Nintendo Switch OLED model – Mario Red Edition will be available on the Nintendo Store starting October 6th, and Mario fans can pre-order the console now for $349.99. As you can probably guess from the product name, which takes a mouthful, the new OLED model comes in Mario red.

To celebrate popular titles, Nintendo sometimes releases special editions of the Switch console, like recently Tears of the Kingdom The OLED Switch was released in April 2023. This new OLED model features subtle – maybe a little to understated – Mario accents.
From the front, there are no obvious signs that this is a Mario-style Switch console. On the back, Nintendo added a “silhouette design of Mario” jumping in the air. You can also find some hidden coins in the console near the connectors.
You really have to look closely to find the Mario details on this Mario Edition Switch.
