Olympian Greg Rutherford has been confirmed as one of the famous faces coming to the Dancing On Ice rink for the 2024 series.
The Sun recently announced that the 36-year-old would be joining the star line-up alongside himLegend Ricky Hatton, Coronation Street’s Claire Sweeney, S Club 7 singer Hannah Spearritt and Love Island winner Amber Davies.
The father-of-three joined the cast of Strictly Come Dancing back in 2016, where he danced with professional dancer Natalie Lowe.
And now he’s ready to take on a new challenge and strap on his skates as the exciting ITV show begins in the new year.
But when the Olympian isn’t training for DOI, he’s spending time at his stunning home…a very impressive kitchen.
The doting father glanced at Daphne, one of his children, crawling across the marble island in the middle of the room.
The spaceChic, paneled sage cabinets and plenty of space to prepare delicious meals.
Greg’s eat-in kitchen also has a large white table and bookshelves to accommodate her children.
Elsewhere, the spacious house features a very large rustic lounge with a huge green sofa, a patterned rattan rug and white walls.
Greg and his partner Susie have made the space very cozy with keepsakes and decorative items scattered throughout, as well as a busy bookshelf.
The Olympian also has unique artwork on the walls around his home, including a seashell that sits above oneBeanbag.
And the kids’ rooms are just as cozy and fun, with pops of color everywhere.
Greg shared onefrom one of them when he told his fans that “bedtimes don’t always go smoothly.”
Inside the room, fans could see a white bunk bed, posters on the walls, toys galore, and fluffy gray carpets running throughout the room.
His brood seemed delighted as they played together in the spacious and airy room.
Outdoors, Greg can stay fit at his outdoor gym and prepare for time at the rink.
The star was seen working out with his equipment on a wooden deck in the garden.
AfterWhen his DOI trip was announced, Greg told his former Strictly co-star Ed Balls on GMB: “I think it’s going to be a very different experience and one that’s going to be quite exciting.”
“I like challenges and have noticed in the last few years that I haven’t been training as much. I needed a reason to get out and do something again.”
“What I really want to do in the show is perform something that’s never been done before.”
“I won’t be the best dancer in the world, but I’m still relatively strong.”
“Whoever I’m working with, I want to throw them higher than they’ve ever been thrown or do a trick that’s never been done before. That is my goal.”
“I will give 100,000% here. I’m going to do my best, I don’t expect to be good by any means, but I’m going to work as hard as I can.”
Not only did Greg reveal to the nation that he was joining Dancing On Ice on Good Morning Britain – he also used it to break itto his children.

The father-of-three added: “They’ve all been saying for ages that they want me to do something interesting again.”
“I think I’m boring her again, so hopefully it’ll be good for her to come over and see it.”
