Catherine gave fans a glimpse of her stay in the Middle East by taking selfies in her huge bathroom before heading out for a delicious sushi dinner.

She looked great in a white crop top and matching skirt that showed off her stomach.

Once finished, the star headed to the renowned Japanese restaurant Nobu, where he enjoyed top-notch seafood and steak dishes with cocktails.

The resort goes out of its way to ensure guests have a great stay, and the next day she was driven in a buggy to the on-site water park.

Along the way, Catherine and her friends took a video of the instantly recognizable facade of the famous hotel.

After having some fun on the slides, Catherine enjoyed more cocktails and more eye-catching food, this time a huge plate of loaded nachos, followed by a huge chocolate sundae.

The islander has been living a glittering life since leaving the Love Island villa in July.

She is currently single after her relationship with personal trainer Elom Ahlijah-Wilson ended shortly after their exit.

Their short-lived romance came about after Catherine ditched goalkeeper Scott at Casa Amor, leading to an explosive clash in the main villa.

Scott remained loyal and waited alone for her to return from the other villa when he made his surprise clear that Catherine struck.

Despite the on-screen feud, the two have bonded outside and are now on friendly terms.
