Inside Rochelle and Marvin Humes’ huge new home as they sell their £3.3million mansion and start building their dream home

ROCHELLE and Marvin Humes are building their dream home after selling their £3.3million mansion.

The famous couple are currently living in a rented apartment until construction is completed in 18 months.

The couple purchased the stunning property back in 2020 but decided to move on and make new memories with their three children, Alaia-Mai, Valentina and Blake.

However, it will take a while until everything is finished as everything is being rebuilt from scratch.

Rochelle has already started updating fans on Instagram about the progress.

The Saturdays singer has a dedicated home account where she shares everything about her stunning home.

Rochelle posted a snapshot of the outside of her new home on the account.

In the snapshot you can see that the foundations of the house have been laid.

Rochelle said, “Did someone say a new chapter?

“@homehumes.”

The This Morning star previously announced his big news on the social media platform.

Rochelle said: “I’m literally moving.

“With the house, we were initially in a position to get an offer on our house.

“Whatever, crazy. It happened out of the blue.”

“But we found a property that’s in a place we’ve always loved…so we’re going to build a house.”

“I have never built a house before.

“We now have a rental period of 18 months to two years… and are hopefully building the forever home.”

Rochelle and Marvin met in 2005.

But they didn’t get together right away as they started dating in 2010.

A year later, the couple got engaged and married that same year.
