Internet comedians bought DonaldTrump2024.com in 2020 for this very moment

Today was a day. Today a Russian missile landed in Poland, killing two people and potentially starting World War III donald trump announced that he would run again for President of the United States in the 2024 election.
It’s okay if we just delete the tag, right? Well, alongside all that fear and misery comes at least some humor as two people who bought the rights to the web domain donaldjtrump2024.com in 2020 have finally found a good use for it.
In a speech at Mar-A-Lago that lasted more than an hour, Trump announced that he would be running in the upcoming election to take back rule of the country he lost to Joe Biden in 2020. A mob is heading to the Capitol in Washington to to start an uprising, with both Republican and Democratic politicians fearing for their lives.
After an event like this, it is a surprise that Trump has not been thrown in prison, let alone allowed to run for office again. He is still under investigation for his role in the January 6 attack, which is likely to be a dark cloud over his upcoming campaign. Another thing that could potentially annoy the former president is that he doesn’t have access to the donaldjtrump2024.com domain thanks to the forward-thinking of comedy duo The Good Liars.
They originally bought it to mock Trump after he lost to Biden, but now that Trump is actually running in the election, they’ve repurposed it. If you go to the parody website, you’ll be greeted with a banner featuring Trump’s “logo” that reads, “Trump, the loser lost again.”
Among them is a video highlighting some of Trump’s “more historic” moments in office and on his final campaign trail, where he mocked a disabled reporter, said Mexico was sending rapists, and during the Charlottesville talked about the “fine folk” on both sides Tragedy, all overlaid videos and images of rallies he held and the Capitol riot.
This isn’t the first or likely last time the duo have come after Trump, as they’ve attended press events disguised as Trump supporters, only to yell that the event was “boring” and they wanted to “entertain,” something they did Trump especially likes to take care of his rallies. We may see them reappear trying to undermine the man who once held the most important office in the world.
Trump’s return to politics is likely to only deepen the country’s already deep divisions, although this time he faces much greater difficulties thanks to the investigation hanging around his neck. But then again, many of us really never believed he could win the first time?
