In a post on the r/cats Reddit forum on Sunday, April 24, u/keras_rk shared a video of a cat napping at its table while visiting a restaurant in Turkey. Though the cat and her carefree demeanor were loved by viewers, it was the waitress’ reaction to the furry intruder that really got the Redditors laughing.
u/keras_rk explained: “Went to a restaurant in Turkey. Offered my girlfriend a chair to find this stray sleeping on the chair. Asked a waitress to take care of this situation. That was their “handling”. I gotta love Turkey.”
Instead of shooing the cat away, the waitress moves the cat and its chair to another table, where it continues to sleep peacefully.
Keras_rk tells news week They were visiting Turkey on vacation when they captured the adorable footage. The restaurant is Mado, an ice cream parlor on Bağdat Cd in Istanbul.
They said, “This cat is the restaurant cat. I saw him in this place almost every day.
“He looks like he’s an employee there. But I saw him hanging around the building several times.”
Keras_rk explained: “When you enter this restaurant, my girlfriend chooses a seat by the window.
“As I offer her a chair, I find this guy sleeping there.
“I look at the waitress in total confusion, I don’t know what to do. And she did.
“We all had a good laugh.”
