While we mere mortals will have to wait until later today to find out what James Gunn and Peter Safran have in store for the DCU, a select few industry personalities already have a glimpse of what’s to come.

However, in a notable turn of events, none of the information has yet leaked online, something we can guarantee wouldn’t have happened if Sony had invited people to take a look at the upcoming list of spin-offs that will the studio should direct Spider-Man universe into the ground.

Needless to say, not everyone was immediately convinced, but that shouldn’t really come as a surprise when everyone is expecting an online firestorm to erupt from the second the news is finally filtered out to the general public for analysis. It won’t be pretty, but fascinating nonetheless.

While it doesn’t take a genius to guess how SnyderVerse backers will react, we’ll be keeping a close eye on the highly-anticipated reveal to see if anything stands out as shock, surprise, or unexpected bombshell. After all, the DCU is in the middle of its 10th anniversary, and what better way to celebrate this milestone than tearing everything down and rebuilding from the ground up.
