Jean-Claude Van Damme reveals the secret to his ripped body – and you’ve probably already drunk half a liter of it

He is known as the “Muscles from Brussels” due to his physique, which he flaunted in action films such as “Bloodsport”, “Universal Soldier” and “Kickboxer”.
Now Jean-Claude Van Damme has revealed the secret to his hardcore workout program – and for once, it’s something I can wholeheartedly agree with.
Speaking exclusively at the launch of his Old Oak Irish Whiskey, Jean-Claude said: “I drank a lot of Guinness. Guinness is a good drink because it contains a lot of iron.
“So if you wake up the next day and go to the gym, that’s beneficial. I know that a pint of Guinness will make me feel very strong for training the next day.”
I’ll try it next time I go to David Lloyd.
Jean-Claude also praised actors who followed in his footsteps in the action film world, including brothers Chris and Liam Hemsworth.
The actor starred with Liam in Expendables II in 2012 and said he was impressed by how far the brothers have come.
He added: “They are lovely boys. They are great actors and in good condition.
“I like the new generation. I raise my hands, these films are not easy to make.”
