The influencer gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and named him Bobby Brian Kearney.

The happy couple got engaged on New Year’s Eve in New York in 2019 and tied the knot at the Trump International Hotel in Doonbeg, Co. Clare in 2021.

The pharmacist shared updates about life as a new mother with her followers on social media.

In a candid new interview, Jess revealed she struggled to get pregnant.

In an excerpt from her book “The Food Pharmacy,” obtained from The Sunday IndependentJess said: “I know from personal experience how unhelpful it is when people say, ‘Just relax and it will happen to you’.”

“Of course no one means any harm in sharing this wisdom, but when you’ve spent months or years trying to get pregnant, it’s really the last thing you want to hear.”

“Even though I knew everything about the effects of stress on the reproductive system, it took me a long time to finally change my thinking.”

Jess also revealed to the publication that seeing how her mother was doing made her want to experience motherhood even more.

The model explained: “The thought of, ‘Oh my God, this might not happen to you one day,’ is such a difficult thought to deal with.” But I think you just have to take it day by day and see “Where you are now and all these worries.”

“And it’s not that you should never worry, because you can’t just stop yourself from worrying, but day by day, moment by moment, everything will be okay.”

Jess also recently took to Instagram to tell her followers about the “biggest challenge” she’s faced since she was a child.

Alongside a heartwarming snap of her holding Bobby in her arms, she wrote: “I knew feeding would be one of the biggest challenges, but nothing can prepare you for the physical and emotional aspects of the journey.”

NEW MOM

“Bobby feeds almost every hour and was gathering for four to five hours in the afternoon, so everything was in full swing.

“Everyone tells me it gets easier and sometimes I wanted to quit but I just look at his little face and it gives me the strength to keep going.”

“Grateful for Dad with his nighttime bottle and B walks so I can get some sleep in between.”

“Both are doing well and taking each day as it comes.”

Jess received endless love and support from her friends and fans after sharing the post.
