Joe Giudice believes Gorgas reported him to the FBI
The Real Housewives of New Jersey has been steeped in drama since it premiered in 2009. The first two seasons offered viewers something to talk about. But Season 3 rang in Melissa And Joe Gorga — essentially changing the show’s trajectory for the foreseeable future.
The incessant quarrel of the Gorga with Teresa and Joe Giudice was unlike any other feud on Bravo. Her family dynamic has been tested every year from stripper’s gate to today’s cheater’s gate. But the most difficult time for the family must have been when the Giudices were sentenced to a total of 56 months in federal prison for fraud.
Ever since surviving behind bars, Teresa and Joe have moved on with their new lives. But recent allegations about who informed the government of how Tre and Joe got their money have stalled them.
Joe Giudice knows the Gorgas reported him to the government
On David Yontef’s Behind The Velvet Rope podcast, Joe Giudice supported his ex-wife’s claims that the Gorgas were responsible for their prison sentences. “When they came on the show, they were very good friends with my ex-partner’s lawyers,” Joe said. “That went to the federal police, which I think Melissa and Joe were involved in.”
Juicy Joe revealed he’s friends with an “ex-FBI guy” who “for sure” told him Melissa and Joe were involved. The former special agent told Giudice his brother and sister-in-law were helping out with authorities “behind the scenes”.
Joe claimed they had a direct impact on her path by sharing information with the government. “They went to the government to provide them with all this information,” he said. “Yes, I may have cheated on some things, on my tax returns, you know who hasn’t?”
Well, Joe, most people actually. There’s a huge difference. We’re not talking about a tiny tax write-off, we’re talking about 15 Fake Frauds. Either way, if Melissa and Joe had alerted the incoming FBI agents, Tre and Joe would have every right to be angry.
