LAPD officers rushed to the hospital after a crash on the 57 Freeway in Fullerton

FULLERTON, Calif. (KABC) — Two LAPD officers were injured in a crash on the 57 Freeway in Fullerton, prompting the closure of all northbound lanes Tuesday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol traffic log, the accident occurred around 2 a.m. near the Yorba Linda Boulevard exit.

Details about the circumstances of the collision were not available, but two highway ambulances were seen taking officers to the hospital, possibly UCI Medical Center.

The extent of her injuries is unknown.
