Long Beach: 3 injured, including a 17-year-old boy, in Silverado Park shooting

LONG BEACH, Calif. (KABC) — One teenager is in critical condition and two others were injured after a shooting broke out at a Long Beach park, police said.
It happened just before 2 p.m. Saturday at Silverado Park on West 31st Street.

When officers arrived, they found two injured men and a 17-year-old boy in critical condition.
According to police, the victims were on the basketball courts when a vehicle drove past them and began firing.
“Guns exchanged between the vehicle and an unidentified person in the park,” investigators said in a statement.
Information on one or more suspects was not available.
