PHILADELPHIA – Philadelphia police officers raided Center City after a group of teenagers looted several stores Tuesday evening.

In a video, a group of people can be seen picking up items from a Foot Locker store around 8 p.m. The looters also attacked other nearby stores such as Apple and Lululemon.

A woman says she was sitting with friends at an 18th Street bar when she witnessed people ransacking a store.

“I saw a lot of people going into Lululemon, clothes everywhere,” she remembers.

Witnesses said the lawlessness was not related to an earlier protest over the death Police shooting of Eddie Irizarry.

Authorities add that the individuals are likely taking advantage of the situation.
