Our guide will show you how to get the Sacred Quintessence in Lords of the Fallen, an item that can be used to upgrade your Sanguinarix flask. Here’s how to upgrade your Sanguinarix bottle and get the Sacred Quintessence in Lords of the Fallen

You can upgrade your flask in Lords of the Fallen by giving the required number of Sacred Quintessence to Pieta, an NPC in the Skyrest hub. Each time you turn in the required items, you will either receive an additional flask charge or an increase in the amount of healing provided.

As for the quintessential items of the Lords of the Fallen Saintly themselves, these usually come from tormented souls in the Umbral Realm, which tend to glow golden. You must perform a Soulflay action with your Umbral Lamp to pull the loot to you so you can collect it. So far in our playthrough we’ve found 16 Sacred Quintesses, but there could be more. We compiled our list based on when we reached these areas as part of the campaign.
