“Love and Thunder” may take the crown of the biggest MCU flop from “Captain Marvel” as far as fans are concerned
Not all movies are created equal, but MCU fans seem to agree on that Captain Marvel is the worst of the Marvel movies. With the release of Thor: love and thunder, The negative reviews, on the other hand, piled up and that may have sparked the debate that’s taking place among MCU fans.
Richard Brody from the New Yorker was just one of Thor’s negative critics, noting, “The film goes through the nervous system without providing any nourishment or even leaving a residue.”
Captain Marvel also didn’t get a big reception when Hannah Lodge of the beat wrote: “The central premise of the film asks: Who is this person? I’m not sure if we’re going to get anything more than a superficial answer.”
Now there’s even a raging battle raging on Twitter iron man 2 was thrown into the mix.
Despite an all-star cast including Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Jude Law and Annette Bening, some fans couldn’t ignore the story. Some guys just don’t want to be preached about while trying to watch a movie and saying that being misogynists is putting a target on their own back.
The battle lines take a turn. Fans are sure to have a heyday with this one. Who is the real Captain Marvel? Is it Billy Batson who transforms into Captain Marvel after saying “Shazam”? Or is it Carol Danvers who had no idea who she was until she regained her memory?
Getting back to the original topic, there are some genuine criticisms of Brie Larson’s performance. There are two sides to the story with many fans on Larson’s side, but there are others who weren’t as keen on it.
However, many fans stepped out to defend Captain Marvel. It depends on the fan’s point of view. The storywriters, the directors and the actors can’t always make everyone happy. There will always be haters, but this fan is taking a stand against all the hate comments.

There will always be disputes on both sides. If Thor: Love and Thunder is actually a bad movie Captain Marvel is worth any hate, that’s up to the viewer, but the hate can become unreal. Brie Larson and Chirs Hemsworth are both superstars, putting out great performance after great performance. That someone hates her for her work is ridiculous!
