Love Island fans were furious as the epic Games series began with Maya Jama – saying: “It just doesn’t make any sense.”

LOVE Island fans were livid when the show’s spin-off series began with Maya Jama.
The special edition of the hit dating show takes place in a villa in Fiji.
Under the title “Love Island: The Games”, nine legendary islanders from the British series compete against global competitors from the franchise.
Maya Jama hosts the show, which officially launched on streaming platform Peacock on Wednesday.
Narrated by Iain Stirling, the islanders must deal with dates, eliminations, reconnections and the arrival of newcomers – all while taking part in challenges.
However, fans were furious when they realized they couldn’t tune in.
Due to rights restrictions, only US viewers can watch the show.
ITV2 is expected to air the series at a later date, but it is likely that spoilers will find their way online before then.
Reacting to the news, one fan said: “Streaming Love Island games on PEACOCK of all places just doesn’t make any sense to me.”
A second wrote: “I don’t understand why Love Island games are on Peacock and not ITV but okay.”
“How to watch new Peacock programs on the Sky app in the UK? Love Island Games aired last night and I can’t find it on the app,” said a third.
While a fourth commented: “Someone tell me where I can watch Love Island games for free.”
