Most of us loved eating super sugary cereal as kids, right? Like we’ve somehow cracked a code on how to eat dessert for breakfast, munch on buckets of those little glazed pebbles of joy, and savor every last bite. I remember going through a phase where I… hated Muesli, but then I realized I just didn’t like milk and lots of sugar anymore, so I’ve been consuming oat milk and ancient grain muesli ever since. Suddenly I wasn’t a child anymore.

While I’m not a teenager anymore (Thank God!), I sometimes miss that feeling of coming home after a long day (I’m talking 9th grade algebra class, folks) and just having a bowl of cereal. And I know I can still do it (still no algebra – I never really could), but now I’m responsible for what I feed myself and try to get more veggies and grains and lean food and yadda yadda yadda . But I’m happy to say I’ve found a solution (something my math teacher rarely heard of) – and it’s this nostalgic Magic Spoon Spring Break Cereal Packet in Strawberry Milkshake and Peaches and Flavors Cream.”

How this granola tastes so good despite being so high in protein and completely sugar free I really don’t understand – although they explain it on their website’s FAQ page.

What I do know is that I suddenly get off the bus again after school — only now I’m getting off the subway after work to race home to my hot date love is blind Season four and a bowl of cereal with peaches and cream. Just check out my reaction to trying this cereal from this video posted on our TikTok below.

And after that, I’m racing online to build my own flavor collection from this keto-friendly, gluten-free, and grain-free magically delicious brand.

Anyway, I’m in awe of this cereal, and while trying it I also discovered this marshmallow-flavored cereal from the Three Wishes brand, which I think is it perfect Alternative for the former kids / now adults (apparently I think) who prefer their cereal to taste more like breakfast than dessert. Not that I have anything against a sweet tooth, but sometimes I like something that doesn’t taste so sweet. My taste buds like it when I mix sweet and savory, if you will. And now it’s time for me to make myself dinner and pour myself a bowl of something sweet (and I have a feeling you know what that is).
