Man Faces Squirrels During Conference Call In Hilarious Video

A hilarious showdown between a squirrel and a man was captured in a video shared on TikTok, where it quickly went viral.

The video, posted by TikTok user @whoalaureik on September 16, has been viewed more than 2 million times as it showed the man screaming as the squirrel ran towards him.

“Just an average conference call,” read the video’s caption.

According to The Humane Society, a squirrel that has found itself in someone’s house will look for a way to get out.

“Place all pets in another room. Close all interior doors and open a window or exterior door in the room,” the organization said. “Leave the squirrel alone to find out.”

If an exit is not available for the squirrel, a homeowner is advised to set a humane trap with peanut butter and then release the animal outside.

The video showed @whoalaureik’s husband sitting at his desk during his conference call when he abruptly swiveled his chair around to survey his office.

He looked around for a moment before turning and grabbing a bat that was leaning against the wall.

Suddenly he started screaming and leaning against his desk when a squirrel appeared next to his chair.

“Go! Go away!” @whoalaureik’s husband screamed before jumping onto his desk.

The squirrel jumped towards the desk causing @whoalaureik’s husband to jump back.

He kept screaming and running around the squirrel that could be seen next to his chair when the video ended.

This problem has happened before according to @whoalaureik.

“The squirrel had broken into the chimney a few days earlier and then hid,” she said in the comments.

TikToker @whoalaureik said her house is surrounded by pine trees and the squirrels are “thriving”.

Viewers took to the comments section to share their thoughts.
