Manpreet Sharma takes drastic measures to save Charles Anderson in Emmerdale
CHARLES Anderson spiraled out of control and left the Dales after the death of his father Victor.
His partner Manpreet Sharma is concerned for his welfare and is lobbying the Emmerdale vicar next week.

Victor Anderson was found dead in St Mary’s Church in recent scenes of the ITV soap, just as he tried to flee police as he was accused of stealing Rishi Sharma’s necklace.
It was later revealed that his own son Charles (played by Kevin Mathurin) framed him for stealing the family heirloom in order to get him away from his mother Claudette.
Since then, the priest has felt more guilty than ever and decided to leave the village of the same name.
This also put Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) in a difficult situation as she is the only one who knows everything about Charles’ dark secret.
Next week, Manpreet and Ethan Anderson (Emile John) both take the day off to help a reluctant Claudette (Flo Wilson) plan her funeral.
Manpreet does her best to encourage Claudette and a moment of real affection arises between them when they agree to get through to the funeral.
The next day, Manpreet struggles with the burden of the secret and leaves Charles a voice message asking him to return to the village.
Charles comes home and can no longer run.
After a few attempts to adjust to the truth, Claudette’s extolling of Charles’s virtues means he can’t bring himself to tell her and instead guiltily sneaks away.
Tom King (James Chase) is disturbed that Charles is drinking so freely at the Woolpack and watches as a black cloud descends over him.
The hunk tries to sympathize with Charles, which unknowingly angers him even more.
Charles strikes and Tom retorts, but he is soon tied to the bar by Charles, shocking everyone watching.
