Massive boulder crashes into house in Hawaii, narrowly missing woman – video

HONOLULU (KABC) — Dramatic video of a huge boulder crashing through a house and into a family’s living room, narrowly missing a woman.

The shocking incident took place in Honolulu over the weekend when the boulder – about 5 feet tall and wide – crashed through the home and landed in a bedroom.

There were four people in the house. Luckily nobody was hurt.

Caroline Sasaki was only a few feet away when the large rock sped right past her, footage showed. Other family members rush into the living room to see what happened and to check on their loved one.

Sasaki, the homeowner, said her family just moved into the home this month.

“Basically, I’m in shock. I refuse to watch the video,” she said. “Everyone tells me I’m lucky.”

It is unclear why the stone started rolling. An investigation is underway.
